Arts-Core Productions represents only the highest quality teaching artists and performers with years of experience working successfully in schools and communities. 

Student engagement is at the core of all programs since research show that engagement precedes learning.  Artists tap into student interests and prior learning by providing age-appropriate hands-on activities.  Students work in a variety of ways – small group exploration, large group discussion, partner sharing and individual analysis.  Artists strive to inspire students through their own personal passion and provide students with authentic, meaningful activities.

Programs are designed to fit right into the core curriculum and support classroom teacher lessons.  They are not “add-on” and are not meant to supplant teacher lessons, but to support and extend learning from a different perspective.   Professional development for classroom teachers is embedded into student lessons through modeling and pre-planning.  Programs strive to support school improvement plans
